Orders can be made through the shopping cart, which is powered by PayPal, available on the web site. You may also place orders by our contact form, by phone, or directly in person for those in the Pittsburgh, PA area, or if you happen to find me at a convention or other event somewhere.

The Mithril Phoenix accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted when ordering through the website, or by email invoice. While this feature is powered by PayPal, it does not require you to have a PayPal account, or even to sign up for one, it works just like any other online purchasing system.
• PayPal: Direct transfer PayPal funds are also accepted when ordering through the website or by email invoice.
• Money Order: If mailed or delivered in person, however you must inform us at time of ordering that you would like to use one of these options.
• Cash: Only accepted in person, this option is primarily only available to those in the Pittsburgh PA area, or those who catch me at events.

Time: Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and in the order they are received. Most orders will be filled and mailed within 24 hours of being received. If there are concerns regarding how soon something will be available and shipped, please contact us.

Shipping: Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Priority Mail. If you would like an item shipped in a different method, whether it be carrier (ie: FedEx) or service (3 day select, next day air, etc.) contact us and we can work something out.
